I’m Nicole, long time culinary creative. I've been in the industry for over 16 years, most recently focused on pastry.
OUR STORY
The name “Seven” is inspired by my dream dog, Seven, who was named after my lucky number. After getting Seven I realized it was time to achieve my other life long dreams. One of which is to open a small bakery.
As someone who has worked with food for many years, my relationship with it changed and evolved. I began to develop certain adversaries and allergies to things which ended up fueling me into deeper levels of research and development.
I now make it part of my mission to use organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. I believe that eating well and local supports not only the overall health and vibration of each individual but helps the environment by supporting local farms. It's become even more important to support the Appalachian area after the recent devastation from Hurricane Helene.
The energy and love I put into what I create comes from a lifetime of self taught trial and error, a pinch of perfectionism, and a hunger for nostalgic flavors.

Our menu features a blend of classic favorites and unique creations—perfect for any craving or celebration.
No matter what you choose, you can trust that every item is made with high quality ingredients, because we believe you deserve the best.
Combining fresh and dried florals we love to create something that not only tastes great but is visually delicious as well. Our designs are simple and minimalistic while also timeless and unique to each client and their desires. We believe that simplicity is one of life's greatest joys, and there's no reason why you can't have your cake and eat it too.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is simple: to provide satiating, handmade desserts for life's special moments and events. Wether you need a four tier wedding cake, a dessert table for a birthday party or some chocolate chip cookies all for yourself we want to give you an experience that leaves you wanting more.
As much as I love baking from home, a storefront where I can welcome those from near and far and creatively design whatever my heart desires is the ultimate goal.
