Do you make gluten free, or vegan options?
- Yes, however because of the volume of cookies made for the boxes, each allergy friendly recipe must be made on special order. You can reach out via the contact page and we would be happy to get back to you and discuss exactly what we can do to accomodate for you. Please note that an order like this may have a longer waiting period time due to everything being baked fresh.
Do you deliver?
- Yes we deliver every custom order to the event/venue. For liability reasons we believe it is best to deliver the product and set it up so the client doesn't have any added stressors the day of/accidents in transit. Delivery depends on milage and will be discussed via email and stated in the contract.
What's your cancellation policy?
- We understand that life happens and can be unexpected. We do our best to work with you should you have to cancel. Once the contract has been signed and the deposit has been made you will be reimbursed in full if you cancel anytime before the one month period BEFORE the said event. If you have to cancel anytime after that period there will be no refund. Please take note that each bill for the client must be paid in full no later than one month prior to the scheduled event.
If I ordered on your online store, how long will it take to get my order?
- We want you to ideally get your order within one week. Once you get to the payment and or checkout page the shipping cost will show up along with a time frame. Once the confirmation has been sent we begin working on your order that day or the following business day. The order is then baked, sealed and sent off to your location!
