Italian Rainbow Cookies

These "cookies" are made from almonds, raspberry jam and chocolate. A true italian american treat, they are more like italian flags than the rainbow but they are delicious none the less! 

All purpose flour, Local eggs, cane sugar*, almond flour, almond extract, dark chocolate, unsalted butter

All cookies come packaged in a sealed bag of 3, ready to eat!

Fear not, your cookies are sealed to best preserve freshness and quality. It's best to let them sit out at room temperature (70-80 degrees F) for a bit before digging in!
